I chose Animas because I am a hands-on learner, and Animas is more hands-on than mainstream schooling. I also like how the students get more one-on-one time with their teachers, making it really easy to get help with things and get caught up. My middle school experience sucked so bad because I wasn’t able to get the help I needed from my teachers. I had kind of a habit of lagging behind, and the teachers had too many other kids to manage in the day to be of much help. The student body here is really small. freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors all included, it is about the size of my middle school eighth grade class, so the teachers have less students to teach at a time, so they can help out more because with smaller classes, there's more one-on-one with the kids.
